Welcome to Catalist. This application is operated by MB INVEST Marcin Biczysko. By using Catalist ("Application"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to MB INVEST Marcin Biczysko. Our Application provides users with access to Catalist mobile application for accurate catalyst valuations.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our Application. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you may not use the Application.

1. GENERAL TERMS

The following definitions apply throughout this document:

  • Account Profile: A user’s private account, accessible via unique login credentials.
  • Product: Car catalyst.
  • Service: Access to product prices based on precious metal content and market prices.
  • Plan: A subscription that grants access to services in the Application. Once activated, product pricing is available for 30 days and updated daily based on metal price fluctuations.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

  • STARTER: Monthly subscription providing access to 100 product prices, auto-renewed every 30 days until canceled.
  • BUSINESS: Monthly subscription providing access to 300 product prices, auto-renewed every 30 days until canceled.
  • PROFESSIONAL: Monthly subscription providing access to 1000 product prices, auto-renewed every 30 days until canceled.

Subscription Cancellation:

  • If the subscription was purchased via the website, it can be canceled directly in the Account Profile. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.
  • If the subscription was purchased via the App Store, cancel it in device settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • If the subscription was purchased via Google Play, cancel it in the Google Play app: Menu > Subscriptions.

3. USER RESTRICTIONS

3.1. Users have the right to access, update, correct, or delete their personal data stored in our systems. To exercise any of these rights, users should contact us at catalist.app@kat-recykling.pl.

3.2. By using the Application, users agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Avoid actions that may harm the Services or Application.
  • Respect intellectual property rights.
  • Refrain from reselling, renting, sharing, or transferring access to the Application.
  • Avoid any activities that disrupt or impair services for other users.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site is available on "as is" and "with all faults" basis. We do not warrant that Site will be error-free, that the Site or the server that makes Site available is free from any harmful parts and components, including viruses. You acknowledge that you use the Site at your own risk.

Information on the Site is as accurate as possible and the Site is regularly updated, but may contain inaccuracies, omissions or gaps. If you find any inaccuracy or mistake, please inform us via email catalist.app@kat-recykling.pl describing the problem.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Site, such as prices, graphics, images, texts, videos, animations, logos, and others, belongs to MB INVEST. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, even partially, any content without MB INVEST's express written approval. Non-respect of this prohibition can engage the civil and penal liability of its author.
